Key Role in Sales Enablement Strategy

Job Description:

As a critical member of the sales enablement team, you will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to support sales teams focused on Process Automation Instrumentation across Southeast Asia. This role is instrumental in empowering sales professionals with specialized training, technical insights, and compelling sales narratives related to process automation and instrumentation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process automation principles, instrumentation, and relevant industry applications. With at least 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a strong technical pre-sales role within an automation or industrial instrumentation environment, they will be well-equipped to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities for the portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree in Engineering (especially Automation, Electrical, or Chemical), Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Be fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and deliver impactful presentations.
  • A self-starter who actively drives initiatives, collaborates effectively with diverse teams, and is adept at translating technical information into sales-ready content.
