Key Sales Enablement Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our process automation instrumentation strategy in Southeast Asia. As a critical member of the sales enablement team, you will develop and execute comprehensive plans to support sales teams focused on process automation instrumentation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process automation principles, instrumentation, and relevant industry applications. With at least 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a strong technical pre-sales role within an automation or industrial instrumentation environment, they will be well-equipped to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities for the portfolio.

  • Possess a degree in Engineering (especially Automation, Electrical, or Chemical), Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Be fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and deliver impactful presentations.
  • A self-starter who actively drives initiatives, collaborates effectively with diverse teams, and is adept at translating technical information into sales-ready content.
