As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors. Greet them warmly, issue passes, and follow security protocols. Escort visitors to the proper location.
  • Answer phones professionally, create presentations, and speak to groups of various sizes.
  • Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
  • Approve work orders and address vendor or staff issues as needed.
  • Resolve inquiries or complaints professionally, providing solutions.
  • Support team operations, including office supplies, meetings, and equipment.
  • Review client materials for brand consistency.
  • Follow security and emergency procedures, ensuring safety.
  • Deliver orientation, training, and coaching for new hires.
  • Work under minimal supervision following directions.
  • Gather and analyze data to resolve complex problems.
  • Impact team and related activities, suggest process improvements.
  • Communicate complex content clearly and concisely.

What You’ll Need

  • Diploma in any field with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of processes, procedures, and systems within the job function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
