Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator
Job Type: 6 months contract
About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Client's team and ensure an exceptional in-office experience for employees and visitors alike. In this role, you'll be the face of the office, supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating events, and helping us build a vibrant, functional, and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing In-Office Experience

Oversee daily reception operations, including visitor check-in and access.

Act as on-site security liaison when needed.

Manage vendor relationships for catering, supplies, and maintenance.

Conduct weekly office audits and coordinate with property management to resolve facility issues.

Serve as the go-to resource for employee requests and office needs.
Event and Meeting Coordination

Support internal events and meetings by managing logistics and room setup.

Provide hands-on help for deliveries, mail, and room reconfigurations.
Operationalizing Workplace Projects

Monitor Slack channels and ticketing systems to triage requests and approvals (e.g., office access).

Support access programs and track usage reports.

Assist with team administrative tasks, including budget tracking and document management.
Employee Experience & Support

Respond promptly to employee inquiries via tickets, Slack, email, and phone.

Drive special projects that improve team productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

Maintain key program materials and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
What You Bring:

2 years of experience in Facilities or Workplace Operations.

Working knowledge of workplace policies and procedures.
-
Exceptional customer service skills and a calm, friendly demeanor.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Google Suite.

Ability to be in the office daily.

Comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, walking/standing for long periods).
