Job Title: Floor Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of flooring materials in both residential and commercial settings. This position requires strong physical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to work overtime to meet project deadlines.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in tiling or a related field.
  • Previous renovation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Able to work on various sites across Singapore.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to cut tiles and shape them correctly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners using power and hand tools.
  • Installation of finishing materials including tiles to create seamless transitions between rooms.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations at all times ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Required Skills:

  • Construction expertise including knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in utilizing cement and other materials to achieve a watertight seal.
  • Excellent safety record with a strong understanding of construction safety protocols.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
