Vitality Marketing and Partner Operations, Specialist

Overview Vitality Marketing and Partner Operations, Specialist at AIA Singapore. In this role, you will develop marketing collaterals, execute marketing and member acquisition/retention strategies, and ensure successful implementation of campaigns and initiatives. You will also support Vitality partner operations, including voucher stock balance and reconciliation. What You’ll Be Doing Conceptualize, develop and execute marketing and member campaigns to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and creative agencies, to develop Vitality marketing materials and member communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Manage campaign implementation and related activities, including project management, creative development, cross-functional coordination, campaign analysis, tracking and reporting as necessary. Stay up to date with market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities to grow membership and enhance member experience. Oversee day-to-day operational activities associated with Vitality partners, including managing voucher stock balance and monthly reconciliation processes. Support corporate Vitality events and manage merchandise stock with vendors, including procurement and inventory tracking to ensure compliance with guidelines. What You Should Have Diploma in marketing, communications or related business discipline with 3 to 4 years of proven experience in marketing, partner management, or a related role. Analytical with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in voucher stock balance and reconciliation is a plus. Experience with mass email communications platforms is advantageous.
