Partner Marketing Specialist (Singapore)

As a Partner Marketing Specialist part of our extended marketing team working on our technology client, you’ll be responsible for managing our partner marketing scaling efforts (influencing partner marketing plans, reviewing partner creatives, and asset localisations, developing partner resources and toolkits) and reporting (launch recaps, reporting tracker, quarterly shareouts). You’ll also support the brand approvals process, enabling partners to produce and execute high-quality creative.

We’re looking for a partner marketer with strong execution skills to help build and operationalise our partner marketing organisation and drive growth for our business.

Role:

- Provide partner marketing support across priority APAC partners (creative approvals, learn and share campaign optimisations, etc.)
- Manage the process of onboarding new supported markets/languages onto the Partner Marketing Hub and oversee the localisation of new and existing resources.
- Lead partner marketing reporting, including regular maintenance of our reporting tracker and delivering quarterly reports to help us track against yearly partner marketing OKRs
- Support brand approvals for scaled partners.
- Partner closely with our Partnerships team (BD, SPM) to support partner marketing efforts and the ongoing maintenance of GTM resources and training materials
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve and scale processes and develop best practices.
- Work closely with the local and global marketing teams to execute
- Prepare presentations and communicate learnings from initiatives and produce playbooks for those that scale

You:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in partner marketing
- Experience with marketing measurement and reporting (and familiarity with Excel/Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work with a variety of different stakeholders
- Prior growth experience at a consumer subscription/member-based service
- Demonstrated ability to implement and scale tools and programming
- Experience analysing data to drive insights and inform business decisions
- Comfort level with working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
