Reporting to the VP of Market Lead, Asia, this is a newly created role with an overlay sales quota and will directly manage a team of pre-sales resources.**About the Role**In this opportunity as a **Solutions Consultant Manager**, you will:* Directly manage and develop a team of pre-sales resources across the Asia region, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and support needed to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.* Meet overlay sales quota targets by driving revenue through solution consulting excellence and strategic customer engagement.* Provide specialized consulting to solve business challenges faced by customers using in order to gain new business, win market share and increase customer satisfaction across the Asia region.* Establish best practices for the Solutions Consulting team across Greater China and Southeast Asia, driving strategic growth initiatives.* Advise and consult with customers and sales teams to determine product needs.* Act as a technical expert in client meetings and prospect demonstrations.* Be an evangelist for the product, via wider client engagement, through webinars, public speaking engagements etc.* Scope and design solutions that are current to show what is possible with the platform, host design thinking workshops, process re-engineering and advice, strategic consulting and proof of concepts.**About You**You're a fit for the role of**Solutions Consultant Manager**if you have the following: * Proven track record of leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams within technology companies.* Exceptional coaching and mentoring capabilities with the ability to build and manage geographically distributed teams across multiple markets.* Demonstrated ability to understand business drivers, identify revenue opportunities, and make commercially sound decisions that balance customer needs with business objectives.* Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.* Extensive experience in pre-sales consulting, solution design, and customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.* Subject matter knowledge in tax and accounting / global trade management an advantage.#LI-TL1* **Hybrid Work Model:** We've adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.* **Flexibility & Work-Life Balance:** Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
