Job Title
Co-ordinator, Operations Service (Attractions)
">The Palawan @ Sentosa is a lifestyle and entertainment precinct designed to bring families and friends together. This iconic new beach playground will be home to several new-to-Singapore attractions, including gamified karting, floating aqua park and family beach club.
As the Co-ordinator, Operations Services (Attractions), you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests and visitors have a pleasant, safe and fun experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service and handling ticketing and retail operations
- Handling ad-hoc guest and visitor queries
- Setting and maintaining service standards
- Working closely with other departments to ensure service delivery is of the highest standard at all times
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves interacting with guests and visitors
- is enthusiastic and customer-oriented
- Display initiative
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Has good relationship building & diplomacy skills
- Willing to work shifts
