  • Position : Site Service Engineer (Mechanical /Electrical Engineering) - ALL WELCOME
  • Location : Novena (5 minute walk - Nearest Novena MRT)
  • Working hours : 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 9am -6pm
  • Basic $4000 + Transport Allowance up to $500 + Performance Bonus - up to 2 months + 14 days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Market leader in the fountain technology industry.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at client sites.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on product operation and maintenance.
  • Document service activities, including reports on repairs, maintenance, and system
  • performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry developments.
  • Field-based role requiring travel to customer locations.
  • May involve working in various environments, including industrial or commercial settings.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
