Strategic Change Solutions Specialist

To succeed in this critical role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver strategic change solutions and improve risk management across traded products. Your strong understanding of market and credit risk concepts, including traded products, VaR, stress testing, and limit management, will enable you to effectively manage risk and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic change solutions to enhance risk management capabilities
  • Manage risk across traded products using advanced analytical techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk management strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Communicate complex risk management concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for risk management initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in working with Murex or similar risk management systems
  • Advanced knowledge of counterparty risk, pfe, and product pricing methodologies
  • Experience in VaR, MRA, MRE configurations and model assignments
  • Strong understanding of simulations and datamart module
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or finance domain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
