We are seeking a Tech Lead to guide our development team and drive our technical vision. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make key decisions on tech stack, architecture, and processes, shape the future of our product, and prepare us for the AI revolution.

Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: As a Tech Lead, you'll guide your team through the development process, inspire them to do their best work, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Hands-On Coding: You'll be in the trenches coding with your team. We believe in leaders who stay connected to the work.
Make Key Decisions: You'll make crucial decisions on tech stack, architecture, and processes. Your choices will shape the future of our product.
Collaborate Across Teams: You'll work closely with other teams in the company, including product, design, and marketing, to ensure we're all moving in the same direction.
Drive Continuous Improvement: You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities for process and technical improvements, and driving those changes forward.
Customer Focus: You'll keep our customers at the forefront of your mind, working to deliver the best possible product to meet their needs.
Prepare for the Future of AI: You'll stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing AI technologies. Your work will help position HeyMax at the forefront of the AI revolution, ensuring we're ready to leverage the transformative potential of AI.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong technical depth in one or more areas: Mobile, Backend, Infra, Data, AI
Proven Experience: You have a track record as a Tech Lead or similar role in software development teams. You've successfully led projects from conception to completion.
Technical Expertise: You're proficient in multiple programming languages and familiar with a wide range of tech stacks. You're always learning about new technologies and best practices.
Leadership Skills: You're a natural leader who can inspire a team, make tough decisions, and keep projects on track. You know how to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Problem-Solving Mindset: You're a creative thinker who can solve complex technical challenges. You're not afraid to think outside the box or challenge the status quo.
Communication Skills: You're an excellent communicator who can clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders
