About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of project management principles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity with project management, risk management, and issue resolution. This role is suitable for individuals who have worked as a Project Manager, PMO specialist, or Project Analyst and are eager to contribute to effective project execution and support. Key Responsibilities: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting activities. Support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies. Monitor project issues and facilitate their resolution in a timely manner. Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables adhere to scope, budget, and timelines. Maintain project documentation and update status reports. Assist in projecting resource planning and workload balancing. Support the PMO or project managers in day-to-day project activities and administrative tasks. Qualifications & Skills: 1-3 years of experience or understanding of project management practices. Prior experience as a Project Manager, PMO analyst, or Project Analyst is preferred. Familiarity with risk management and issue resolution processes. Good organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
