**Job Summary**:
As a PMO Analyst within an IT-managed services company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution and management of our projects. Your responsibilities will revolve around supporting project management activities, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders. By working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality IT solutions that exceed client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Coordination: Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project-related information.
- Communication Facilitation: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring that information is disseminated in a timely and accurate manner.
- Risk and Issue Management: Monitor project risks and issues, collaborating with project managers to identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Track project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to project managers for informed decision-making.
- Resource Allocation: Assist in managing project resources, including human resources and budget allocation, to optimize project outcomes and manage costs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance project management processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of the PMO function.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet client requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for project managers and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and client services, to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in a PMO Analyst role, preferably within the IT managed services or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate communication with project stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze project data and provide insights.
- Familiarity with IT project lifecycle and terminology.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
