We are looking for:Student Affairs Coordinator(100% activity rate)Your mission The Academic Services department offers students and faculty members services to enrich and support the global academic experience. It actively prepares students for their future professional career.Ensure a warm, personalized and professional welcome at the Student Affairs Desk for all students enrolled at EHL Campus (Singapore) whatever their program/course they are following, and the communication mean they are using. Offer 1st level academic and non-academic support and/or guide students to the most appropriate expert to handle their request.Your responsibilities will include Ensure the physical welcome to all students at the Student Affairs office, manage the different means of communication (email, phone, etc). Attend to student enquiries and/or requests for academic documents. Manage Student Attendance and Absences. Oversee Student Committees, Student Council and Class Representatives. Ensure smooth running of elections and recruitment drive before start of each semester. Organize and/or support Student Life Activities on and off campus. Oversee Student Ambassador (SA) on recruitment and onboarding. Administer the monthly payroll process with Human Resources and staff ICs on timesheet and SAs service hours. Offer support to the STA Manager on the Student Admission's process; pre-course counselling, student contract/advisory note, Student Pass & onboarding, and refund policy. Coordinate overseas immersion field trips and accompany students on trips when required. Support the department in organizing the Mobility Week in Lausanne campus once a semester. Travel to Switzerland to execute the program when required. Who you are You have a bachelor's degree or Diploma with relevant experience. You have at least three years of professional experience, preferably in the hospitality/event industry or in the field of education. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a business environment. You demonstrate the ability to work with multicultural teams and in an international environment. You are a self-starter with a service- and customer-oriented mindset. You are suitable to travel. You have strong command of Microsoft Office tools and other communication platforms. You have experience in student counselling and/or student administration. Excellent English language skills (written and spoken). Versatile, good team spirit, autonomous, strong service and quality orientation, as well as very good interpersonal skills, problem solving oriented.
