The Student Affairs Executive (SAE) plays a key role in supporting children and families in our Early Intervention Programme (EIP) at the Autism Resource Centre (Singapore).

The SAE is responsible for managing student admissions, referrals, and administrative matters, as well as supporting families through their child's early intervention journey. • Handle administrative processes including fee management, reporting, and compliance submissions.

  • Maintain student databases and ensure timely updates and accuracy.

  • Support audit and reporting requirements for internal and external agencies.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for student administration processes.

4. Centre Operations and Initiatives

  • Assist the Centre Manager in projects and initiatives to improve family communication and service quality.
