Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of various projects, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Project management: Handle project management tasks including planning, coordination, and monitoring to ensure successful project execution.
- MRT experience: Having experience in MRT projects is a bonus, as it demonstrates your ability to work on complex infrastructure projects.
- Design skills: Knowledge in designing phases or street lighting works related is also a bonus, showcasing your technical expertise.
- Fresh graduates welcome: We encourage fresh graduates to apply, providing opportunities for growth and development.
- Communication and teamwork: Excellent communication and interaction skills are essential, as you will need to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: You must possess problem-solving, coordination, and management skills to tackle challenges and ensure project success.
- Contract review: Able to review and understand contract specifications, prepare and submit variation orders according to requirements.
- Engineering design: Perform engineering design, load, and fault calculations.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to installation, commissioning, and testing.
- Installation: Ensure that installation works are done according to approved shop drawings, method statements, project specifications, and relevant standards.
- Meetings and coordination: Attend regular site meetings with Clients/Sub-contractors to discuss and resolve site matters.
- Project support: Assist Project/Site/Construction Manager in handling and monitoring project progress.
