Job Title: Infrastructure Installation Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of Biometric Projects' infrastructure at customer sites, aligning with project requirements.
  • Ensure site preparation for pre-project and project phase installations meets quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and vendors to deliver results.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Track changes to project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate with contractors for smooth deployment.
  • Support resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Evaluate vendors' compliance adherence.
  • Oversee equipment installation and maintenance.

 

Requirements:
  • Avoid applicants without Singaporean or Singapore PR status.
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field of study required.
  • Maintain health and safety procedures on-site.
  • Experience in electrical or construction projects essential.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure implementation beneficial.
  • Will to work in a semi-outdoor and dusty environment.
  • Participate actively during installation.
  • Remain calm under pressure.
  • Attend client meetings, site discussions, and technical planning sessions.
  • Strong customer service and team player skills.
