Installation Infrastructure Manager

Job Overview
The Installation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various systems and infrastructures.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Explain technical information to customers and subcontractors in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop system architectures and integrate with 3rd parties' systems.
- Resolve any issues that arise during installation, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
- Understand and read installation manuals and instructions to ensure compliance.
- Design and draft cabling installation diagrams to facilitate efficient installation processes.
- Conduct site surveys to develop deployment plans, ensuring accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with other contractors and subcontractors to guarantee project completion within time and budget constraints.
- Supervise teams of subcontractors for installation works, including cable containment, support, cabling, racks, and cabinets.
- Perform maintenance on existing equipment or facilities to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime.Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least two years of experience in installing or designing electrical and communication infrastructures.
- Ability to prepare, draw, and update single-line diagrams efficiently.
- Experience in LTA railway-related projects and knowledge of communication systems.
- Flexibility to work permanent night shifts due to project requirements.
