Skills and Competencies Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, software services, analytics, or related fields. Excellent client-facing skills required — must be able to relay complex and often technical concepts to broad audiences. Ability to coordinate across different teams, working effectively in a team and as an individual. Knowledge of catastrophe modeling is a plus. Fluency in Chinese is an added advantage for working with regions where coordination may be needed in the local language. Education Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record. Degrees in actuarial science, natural sciences, or engineering are preferred.
