Skills and Competencies Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, software services, analytics, or related fields. Excellent client-facing skills required — must be able to relay complex and often technical concepts to broad audiences. Ability to coordinate across different teams, working effectively in a team and as an individual. Knowledge of catastrophe modeling is a plus. Fluency in Chinese is an added advantage for working with regions where coordination may be needed in the local language. Education Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record. Degrees in actuarial science, natural sciences, or engineering are preferred. Responsibilities Our high-performing Client Development team is looking for an Assistant Director, Client Success Management, to work closely within the Asia Pacific Market Segment to support clients and expand strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional with the ability to work with minimal direction.
