The Managing Director will be responsible for managing the company's overall performance and driving growth and profitability. This role involves providing strategic leadership, overseeing operations, and ensuring the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Formulate strategies and action plans to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
- Evaluate market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including finance, sales, marketing, production, and human resources.
- Develop and implement effective operational policies, procedures, and systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Seek opportunities to enhance revenue generation and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and government agencies.
- Provide visionary leadership to the executive team and other employees.
- Foster a positive and high-performance culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the company has the right people in key positions.
- Represent the company to various stakeholders, including shareholders, board members, customers, and regulatory authorities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, marketing or business, with at least 10 years of experience in leadership or management roles
- Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar executive leadership role.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related
