Your Role: Studio Manager (Full-Time)

You will be the driving force behind everything: studio performance, team development, member satisfaction, lead conversion, and community culture. You won’t just manage the studio—you’ll run it like it’s your own.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Studio Operations — Run day-to-day operations for BFT Kampong UBI with precision and pride; manage class schedules, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and studio presentation; ensure SOPs are followed and continuously improved to scale quality and efficiency; be available during all operating hours for decision-making and member touchpoints; handle all leads across platforms (walk-ins, digital, ClassPass, Telegram, referrals); execute conversion-focused follow-up systems via CRM tools (Go High Level, Mindbody, Hapana); lead membership sales conversations from studio tours to closure; design and execute monthly promotions, outreach campaigns, and community events
• Lead the Team — Manage full-time, part-time, and freelance coaches and front desk team; lead weekly huddles, performance reviews, and coach development; ensure team professionalism, punctuality, and alignment with brand culture; recruit, onboard, and schedule new talent as the studio grows
• Deliver World-Class Member Experience — Personally welcome trial members and ensure a high-conversion experience; handle escalations and customer service issues with speed and empathy; design and run monthly check-ins, milestone recognitions, and NPS feedback loops; foster a high-retention culture through community building and personal connection; collaborate with coaches to ensure consistent delivery of the BFT training methodology; step in to coach sessions when needed and lead by example on the floor; monitor class attendance trends and member feedback to optimize scheduling
• Execute Marketing & Content — Coordinate with marketing partners on performance campaigns and content strategy; oversee in-studio content capture (Reels, testimonials, transformation stories); promote studio events, challenges, and partnerships across relevant channels
• Set Strategic Goals — Work directly with the founder on quarterly goal setting across revenue, retention, and team performance; lead business reviews and strategy alignment sessions monthly; build and implement new SOPs as needed to scale studio performance

Who You Are

We’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals with a passion for fitness and a track record of building or managing high-touch operations. You’re equal parts doer, leader, and strategist.

Requirements

• 3+ years in team leadership or studio management (fitness industry required)
• Strong sales, operations, and people management background
• Proven track record in hitting KPIs and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Familiarity with fitness CRMs and booking tools (Mindbody, Go High Level, Hapana, Stripe)
• Able to coach group classes when needed (Bonus: BFT or HYROX training experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some weekend availability for events or campaigns)

Supplemental Pay: Monthly performance bonus, yearly bonus
