As Head of Programme Planning Office (PgPO) in Enterprise Group (EG), you will lead central tasks such as analysis & planning, coordination, and collaboration across EG. What You Will Be Working On Lead the team in the development of approach and processes for onboarding of systems onto enterprise initiatives, including enterprise cost models, procurement approach, etc. Plan, oversee and manage EG's internal processes, e.g., project matters, knowledge management, audit, workplan, finance, etc., and review how to enhance and standardise best practices across EG. Lead the team to identify business trends and relevant issues in EG by leveraging research and data analysis. Lead in the enhancement and automation of the project monitoring and budget tracking processes, to ensure better tracking of performance metrics and resource utilisation. Assist ACE in reporting to MHA/HTX management and other cross‐cutting functions across EG. What We Are Looking For Tertiary qualification in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant disciplines. At least 5‐7 years of relevant working experience. Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills. Competent, self‐motivated, pro‐active, dedicated and responsible self‐starter. Good communication and people skills in dealing with both internal customers, as well as external parties. Experience in planning, trend analysis, process creation / transformation, business process engineering will be an advantage. All new hires are appointed on a two‐year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
