Manufacturing Production Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
">As a Manufacturing Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production output, quality, productivity, and yield.
">You will lead a team of line leaders and operators to achieve these goals, conducting daily pass-down meetings and escalating any line issues that arise.
">Manpower and overtime planning are also part of your role, ensuring that the right resources are allocated at the right time.
">Additionally, you will oversee consumables planning, ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed, and conduct training and coaching sessions to improve performance.
">Other key responsibilities include implementing ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors, maintaining good discipline and housekeeping in the line, and coordinating with other departments to support projects and evaluations.
">Requirements
">A Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Production, or IT is required, along with preferably experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environments.
">Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night).
