Lead Production Operations

About the Role:

This position is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team in executing production activities in a safe and efficient manner.

The key responsibilities of this role include supervising the team's execution of production tasks, mentoring and coaching team members to improve their skills, performing routine maintenance to prevent equipment failure, assisting with plant startup after shutdowns, and ensuring isolations are carried out according to established procedures.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production-related maintenance activities, tests, and inspections are performed to the highest standards, maintaining accurate records and reports, reviewing and updating job descriptions as required, and leading by example in the safe operation of process plant and machinery.
