Production Team Lead

At the heart of our operations is a team of dedicated professionals who work together to ensure the smooth running of our FPSO process and utilities plant. As a Production Team Lead, you will play a vital role in this team, overseeing the daily activities of your colleagues and ensuring that all production tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties effectively.
Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that production targets are met.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
