Production Team Lead

Lead a team of moulding technicians and operators in daily injection moulding operations to meet production targets and quality standards. Manage manpower allocation and oversee multiple moulding lines for optimal efficiency.
Ensure all products comply with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards, handle mould changeovers, machine setups, and parameter adjustments, and troubleshoot process issues to reduce downtime and improve product consistency.
- Supervise and lead the team to meet production goals and maintain high-quality products.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize production efficiency.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Familiarity with injection moulding operations, knowledge of quality standards, and leadership skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have experience in Automotive/Precision Plastic Manufacturing and be familiar with industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, and FMEA quality standards.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and allocate resources effectively.
