
Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipment coordination. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders will be vital in resolving operational issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise closely with customers and the operations team on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment related activities
- Work closely with the operations team to provide information/feedbacks to customers on operational issues and coordinate with customers to resolve all issues
- Generate KPIs and transactional reports to internal and external customers on a timely basis
- Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendors for any discrepancies
- Monitor the usage of warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment
- Coordinate the urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations, and transporters
- Ensure the accuracy and timely update of system transactions
- Perform other required duties or tasks when assigned
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Support daily operations tasks if needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ITE/A Level/O Level/Diploma with min 3 years of relevant experience industry
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook) & Warehouse Management System (WMS)/Exceed System
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and pressured environment
- Positive, independent attitude and good team player
Key Responsibilities:
Key Performance Indicators: Generate timely KPIs and transactional reports to internal and external customers
Inventory Management: Monitor warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations, and transporters
Customer Communication: Liaise closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
Vendor Management: Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendors for any discrepancies
