About the Opportunity
We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange. We are partnered with a stealth-mode, well-funded project building a cutting-edge decentralized exchange aimed at delivering a seamless, scalable, and user-focused trading experience for retail clients. Their mission is to redefine DeFi accessibility by combining innovative technology, intuitive design, and robust performance. We seek a Senior or Lead Product Manager to lead this initiative from inception to launch and beyond, working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of decentralized trading.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team, shape a groundbreaking product from the ground up, and drive hyperscale growth in the fast-evolving DEX space. You will partner directly with the CEO, CTO, and CPO to align vision, strategy, and execution, supported by significant resources and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a retail-focused DEX, from zero to launch, collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and CPO.
Partner with senior leadership to align product goals with organizational strategy, ensuring a cohesive launch by mid-to-late 2025.
Lead end-to-end product development, working with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a top-tier decentralized trading platform.
Identify and prioritize features catering to retail users, balancing usability, security, and scalability, incorporating feedback from the CTO and CPO.
Drive rapid iteration and hyperscale growth, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement, with strategic input from the CEO.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to ensure the platform stands out in the crowded DeFi ecosystem, presenting findings to senior leadership.
Collaborate with the CTO on technical aspects of decentralized systems, including AMM protocols, liquidity mechanisms, smart contract integrations, and user governance models.
Manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring timely milestone delivery while keeping leadership informed and aligned.
Maintain discretion about organizational vision, working closely with the CEO, CTO, and CPO to build trust and credibility through transparency and execution excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Product Manager at a leading decentralized exchange (e.g., Hyperliquid, Meteora, Jupiter, Raydium, dYdX, or similar), with a successful track record in launching and scaling DeFi products.
Ability to partner effectively with C-level executives to shape product strategy and execute in a high-stakes environment.
Deep understanding of DEX mechanics, including AMM protocols, liquidity pools, yield farming, and tokenomics.
Hands-on experience taking a product from 0 to 1, defining requirements, managing trade-offs, and shipping high-quality features at scale.
Strong technical aptitude—comfortable collaborating with blockchain engineers and the CTO to translate complex concepts into user-friendly solutions.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to align stakeholders, influence leadership, and rally teams around a shared vision.
Discretion and professionalism—comfortable operating in a stealth environment with limited public disclosure.
