Job Description
Keppel is a global asset manager and operator with expertise in sustainability solutions across infrastructure, real estate, and connectivity. The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year customised program including job rotations, on-the-job training, and leadership development, designed to build business and operational skills, provide commercial exposure, and foster a professional network for a rewarding career with Keppel.
Your main duties include:
Participating in rotational assignments within Keppel DCN division in areas such as Commercial, Business Operations, Business Financing & Investment, and Business & Programme Development, gaining comprehensive knowledge of daily business activities.
Applying skills and knowledge from rotations to real-world projects, including project development, costing, and planning across APAC and Europe regions.
Supporting regional project development and engaging in cross-functional collaborations.
Building a strong foundation for future roles in finance, business, or investments through diverse exposures.
Networking with colleagues and management, and developing leadership skills.
Traveling overseas as required for assignments.
Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Post-program, opportunities for leadership training at Keppel are available if criteria are met. Participants will also engage in stretch projects and leadership initiatives as part of development.
Job Requirements
A degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Environmental Engineering, or related fields with strong academic records.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Motivated with a strong desire to learn.
