We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our Partners/Executive Directors in outsourcing and corporate secretarial teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative and clerical duties, ensuring smooth office operations and assisting the teams with documentation and filing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the practice teams.
Assist in client proposals, on-boarding and engagement processes.
Maintain and organise company and client records, both digitally and physically.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt responses.
Assist in preparing invoices, reports, and official documents.
Manage office supplies and general office upkeep for the practice teams.
Support admin teams in ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
Cover reception duties on an ad-hoc basis.
Any other administration related matters as required by the Partners/Executive Directors.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in professional services, accounting, or corporate secretarial firms.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with document management systems.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of corporate secretarial or accounting processes is a plus.
