Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Associate Director to lead a team in building digital capabilities and scaling AI adoption across the university. This role oversees training delivery, AI projects, and content/media production. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, AI expertise, training skills, and creative flair in digital content development. You will collaborate with stakeholders, learners, and technologists to achieve impactful outcomes in a fast-evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Digital and AI Tools Training: Design, deliver, and improve engaging training programs; conduct impactful sessions; foster continuous learning. AI Project Engagement: Lead project responses, define use cases, prioritize opportunities, and deliver AI solutions using university platforms; stay current with AI industry trends; act as an internal thought leader; facilitate community of practice. Media Production & Content Creation: Oversee development of training assets; ensure content quality and alignment; innovate in content formats. Team Leadership & Strategy: Manage and mentor team members; align goals with organizational priorities; promote innovation and professional growth. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Proven leadership in managing teams. Strong background in instructional design and digital/AI training. Hands-on experience with AI projects, especially LLMs and RAG. Creative skills in media and content development. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Agile, curious, and future-oriented mindset.
