What you will be doing:
Lead regional design projects as part of an international agency service in collaboration with agency team and leadership
Scope new projects in collaboration with regional Account Management and client teams as their dedicated design expert
Create new designs for regional brand communications against defined brand and visual strategies
Deliver multichannel designs that communicate the briefs core objectives within brand guidelines
Support the agency teams' mission to deliver creative excellence across all global brand touch points
Work in partnership with regional Account Management to deliver projects on schedule and within overall scope
Collaborate with the wider international agency team across different brand deliverables when required
Develop strong and proactive relationships with clients across the region working directly with them as their closest partner
Take work from initial designs to artwork and asset creation when required
Collaborate with wider agency team to fulfil and roll-out regional designs when required
Maintain best design practices across all work
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in design technology and new techniques.
What you need to be great in this role:
5 years+ creative/design agency experience
Expertise in designing first-class brand activity for recognisable brands
A passionate approach with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client challenges and develop designs for multichannel brand projects that answer/solve them
Proficiency in Adobe CC software, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation a bonus (storyboarding only)
A thorough understanding of layout, colour, typography, photography and modern design styles
Brilliant communication skills and the ability to work well within an international agency team
Able to take designs through to artwork and assets for a variety of corporate communications including thought leadership campaigns, advertising, bids, events, and general comms activity across the region
A desire to continually improve and create market-leading designs
Meticulous eye for detail, and interpreting brand guidelines effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and solution focused
Confidence in presenting design work to clients and stakeholders independently
Ability to receive and apply feedback to work
Can work in collaboration with Account Management to prioritise projects and workload and work independently to deliver work when required.
