Integrated Designer

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Lead regional design projects as part of an international agency service in collaboration with agency team leadership
- Scope new projects in collaboration with regional Account Management and client teams as their dedicated design expert
- Create new designs for regional brand communications against defined brand
and visual strategies
- Deliver multichannel designs that communicate the briefs core objectives within brand guidelines
- Support the agency teams' mission to deliver creative excellence across all global brand touch points
- Work in partnership with regional Account Management to deliver projects
on schedule and within overall scope
- Collaborate with the wider international agency team across different brand deliverables when required
- Develop strong and proactive relationships with clients across the region
- Take work from initial designs to artwork and asset creation
- Always maintain best design practices across all work
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in design technology and
new techniques.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE**:

- 4 years+ creative/design agency experience
- Expertise in designing first-class brand activity for recognisable brands
- A passionate approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client challenges and develop designs for multichannel
brand projects that answer/solve them
- Proficiency in Adobe CC software, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation a bonus (storyboarding only)
- A thorough understanding of layout, colour, typography, photography and
modern design styles
- Brilliant communication skills and the ability to work well within an international agency team
- Able to take designs through to artwork and assets for a variety of corporate communications including thought leadership campaigns, advertising, bids,
creds, events, and general comms activity across the region
- A desire to continually improve and create market-leading designs
- Meticulous eye for detail, and interpreting brand guidelines effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and solution focused
- Confidence in presenting design work to clients and stakeholders independently
- Can work in collaboration with Account Management to prioritise projects and workload and work independently to deliver work when required.
