Patient Service Provider

As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
Job Responsibilities
The primary duties of this position include:
- To perform basic nursing care: Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom. Ensure that patients are comfortable and safe at all times.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Assist doctors and nursing staff: Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
- Patient care activities and orientation: Educate patients and their families on how to manage their conditions and use equipment effectively.
- Infection control: Implement strict infection control measures to prevent the spread of illnesses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Nitec / Nitec / GCE N / O / A Level / or Equivalent: We require a minimum educational qualification to ensure that our team members possess the necessary knowledge and skills.
- ITE Skills Certificate Health Care (Inpatient) or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support: Having one of these certifications is preferred, but not required.
- Able to work on 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays: Our team works a variety of shifts to ensure that we can provide 24/7 care.
