Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
- Scheduling appointments and registering patients with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to data protection guidelines.
- Handling cash transactions and collecting payments in a secure and organized manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver high-quality services and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- No prior experience is required, but prior TCM or healthcare experience is advantageous.
- Able to read and converse fluently in Chinese.
- Basic English skills are preferred but not essential.
