IT Manager Role

About this Position:

We are seeking an accomplished IT professional to lead our technology team and oversee both infrastructure and enterprise resource planning systems. This key role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems while supporting business growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the IT team to support business operations globally
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, software upgrades, and system performance optimization
  • Manage enterprise resource planning systems - customization, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Handle IT projects including vendor management, system implementation, and audits
  • Ensure IT security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications:
