Job Title: Senior Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to assume a senior leadership role in our finance team, overseeing the full scope of accounting functions. This critical position ensures compliance with key financial regulations and delivers high-quality financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and multiple client portfolios. Strong technical knowledge of accounting software and Excel is essential, as well as proficiency in preparing financial statements and ensuring timely audit completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete sets of accounts for clients
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare accurate financial statements
  • Oversee GST submissions, corporate tax filings, and liaise with relevant authorities
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audit completion
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and interns
  • Provide financial analysis and budgeting support to management
Requirements & Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of SFRS, IRAS tax regulations, and audit procedures is also essential.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple client portfolios
