SINGAPOREWHO YOU'LL WORK WITHYou will be reporting to the Global Process Delivery Tier II Manager and will collaborate with Global Process Delivery teams in various geos to address any data discrepancies and suggest opportunities for alignment. You will also provide premium service through collaboration with relevant stakeholders to understand and address their concerns and offer appropriate guidance.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORJoin our Global Process Delivery team where you support the management of critical HR processes for our multinational organization while championing a culture of continuous learning and development. If you excel in mentoring others, possess an unwavering commitment to detail, and are dedicated to fostering a consultative and learning-oriented environment, we welcome you to apply for this opportunity.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree required in a relevant or related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management
Workday experience, specifically within the Core HR area is required, and Service Now experience preferred
Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate challenges and ambiguity
Proven track record of leadership and mentorship, with strong coaching and training abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
Flexibility and ability to balance competing priorities
Fluency in English is necessary, and additional language skills are a big plusWHAT YOU'LL WORK ONAt the core of our work, you will be collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and a typical day involves receiving and prioritizing requests from management and HR Partners via Service Now, which will include but are not limited:
You will monitor the overall health of the Global Process Delivery Queue by overseeing lists, unassigned cases, and cases that require attention
You will lead by example and ensure that HR critical processes managed by the Global Process Delivery team are understood and performed within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
You will process employee life cycle events and ensure timely completion of data fields critical for smooth integration into payroll systems.
You will manage the creation and maintenance of position, oversee the supervisory organization structure, and change in employee work hours, including part-time/full-time transitions and scheduling adjustments.
You will conduct regular audits of HR data and transactional processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
You will create and maintain training materials and documentation, and lead training initiatives to empower teammates.
You will act as a mentor and coach to teammates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvements.NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
