Job Scope:
Ensure Consistency & Compliance
– Review and standardize both medical and non-medical underwriting questions for new business and policy servicing to maintain regulatory compliance.
Form Development & Optimization
– Work with different teams to design clear, structured, and comprehensive application forms while identifying and eliminating unnecessary or redundant questions.
Support Underwriting Projects
– Participate in underwriting-related projects by attending meetings, assisting in planning, and ensuring timely execution.
Business Process Analysis & Documentation
– Gain a deep understanding of underwriting workflows, document use cases and business requirements, and prepare change requests for system enhancements.
Review Process Flows
– Collaborate with Business Analysts to review business process diagrams and ensure proper documentation.
Administrative & Quality Control
– Perform administrative tasks assigned by team leads while ensuring service standards and quality checks are met.
Requirements:
Diploma or
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in underwriting, insurance operations, or business analysis
is a plus but not always required.
Good active listening skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Proficiency with computers, software, and databases.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
