Role Description:

The social media marketing specialist is a key figure in upholding our organization's reputation and achieving business objectives through cohesive social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Set specific goals and measure the return on investment (ROI)
  • Design, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, images, videos, and news
  • Monitor search engine optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee the design of social media accounts, including profile pictures and blog layouts
  • Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in social media management
  • Hands-on experience in content creation and editing
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design and development
