Telco Analyst

We are seeking an individual to join the Global Telco Team as a Telco Analyst for the APAC region. This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining smooth operations within the telecommunications department by managing invoices, handling escalations, and assisting with key projects. Responsibilities Invoice Management: Review, validate, and process telecommunications invoices from various vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established billing procedures. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records Operational Escalations: Act as a central point of contact for operational escalations, promptly addressing issues and facilitating timely resolutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving Project Management: Support the Telco Team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects. Assist with project coordination, documentation, and tracking of milestones to ensure successful project outcomes Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to telecommunications operations, invoices, and escalations. Generate reports and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize processes Vendor Relationships: Cultivate productive relationships with telecommunications vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Engage in vendor meetings, negotiations, and performance evaluations as needed Process Improvement: Continuously assess operational processes related to invoice management, escalations, and project coordination. Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications or related industry Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making Demonstrated communication skills in order to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools Independent and proactive with the skills to problem-solve to address operational challenges and escalations Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
