Job Summary

As a participant in the 2025 APAC Career4Corp Challenge – Corporate Analyst Development Program (Singapore), you will develop creative ideas to solve a business case with other like-minded students. This event is scheduled for Tuesday, 30th September, 2025. It is an interactive event that provides exposure to a realistic business case and helps prepare you for the assessment center and beyond. You will gain understanding of the actual business scenarios the firm faces in the operation space. By participating, you may be prioritized in the 2026 CADP Internship Assessment Center. The CADP Internship Program is a 9-week program designed to develop your foundational skills within one of our lines of business or corporate functions, in one of three core business disciplines: Analytics, Project Management and Process Improvement.

Participants will attend the event in-person and will require a personal laptop/desktop to participate.

Job Responsibilities

• Work alongside participants with a passion for operations, data analytics and process improvement
• Develop a group solution for a business case distributed on the event day

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Expected graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027 from bachelor's or master's program
• A well-rounded academic background
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in changing environments
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Aptitude to digest large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail
• A desire to participate in a rotational program across lines of business
• Enthusiasm for financial services
