How can you make an impact?
The Digital Platform Trainer will be responsible for designing and executing customer training programs/workshops delivering high quality customer user support that is quantifiable. These programs should be developed to enhance the customer experience with a focus on the renewal of subscription products.
You will work closely with the other Customer Success team positions and works closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing groups to understand content requirements to develop generic and customized training plans.
This role will focus on a targeted group of customers to maximize usage and to increase post-sales visibility that is in-line with customer expectations.
A typical day might include:
Conduct Web-based, in-person, phone and emailing training to promote product features and functionality to our customers. Identify customer specific training needs to improve the user experience and overall usage of our digital products. Work with Sales and Marketing teams to identify at-risk accounts that have not optimized usage potential while consulting with
