Job Title: Digital Skills Trainer

Are you passionate about designing and delivering learning interventions that drive digital capabilities?

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a Digital Skills Trainer. You will be responsible for developing and implementing online, blended, or in-person learning programs that equip public officers with the skills they need to succeed in today's digital landscape.

As a Digital Skills Trainer, your primary objective will be to assess learning needs, design curricula, develop training content, and evaluate program effectiveness. You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and delivering high-quality learning interventions that align with organizational goals
  • Identifying learning needs and developing targeted curricula
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform learning design and delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong foundation in instructional design
  • A good understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI, programming, RPA, data analytics, and digital transformation
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
