Are you passionate about crafting seamless, customer-centric experiences? At Singtel, we\'re looking for a talented middle-weight Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with fellow designers and researchers to audit, reimagine, and design high-quality experiences that drive impactful changes for our customers.
Make an Impact by
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design experiences that bring positive impact to sales and customer journeys.
Conducting user acceptance testing by experimenting with A/B or multi-variant testing to improve customer journeys
Analyse data to inform decisions
Create discussion guides and collaborate with research team for user studies.
Understand design systems and effectively produce intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Ensure quality of design from concept to finish in UAT, BRT and Production environments.
Skills for Success
Min Diploma / Degree, preferablyin digital media or digital product design, UXUI design
Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience indigital UXUI design/product design (agency/inhouse)
Proficient in Figma tool
Proficient in user interface design (UI), user experience design (UX), and/orconcept ideation and prototyping
Excellent communicator and collaborator
Keen interest in design and the design community
Bonus if have experience inagile methodology
