Key Responsibilities Design, plan, and execute attractive product displays to maximise sales and customer engagement. Collaborate with vendors to fabricate prototypes and POSMs. Prepare zoning plans for new and existing stores and coordinate with ID/renovation partners. Implement seasonal displays, monthly promotions, and product launches with store teams. Support planning and execution of in‐store retail marketing campaigns, events, and product launches. Coordinate marketing collaterals (posters, banners, digital screens) ensuring consistent branding. Work closely with mall marketing teams for online marketing and activations to drive footfall. Track campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvements. Conduct competitor benchmarking and research retail and visual merchandising trends. Gather customer and store staff feedback to improve merchandising strategies and promotions. Provide regular reporting on merchandising performance and campaign ROI. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing or visual merchandising (experience in the Singapore market is a plus). Strong eye for design, detail, and aesthetics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva). Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills. Willing to travel to Singapore 2–3 times per month; transport and lodging paid.
