Sales and Marketing Leadership Opportunity \
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing General Manager to lead our regional team. This role is responsible for representing our organization at the headquarters level and collaborating with various departments.
\The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and applications.

- Ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives \
- Providing strategic direction and support to sales teams \
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth \
- Fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the sales team \
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results \
- Conducting market research and analysis to inform business decisions \
- Developing and managing budgets and financial plans \
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement \
- Implementing process improvements and best practices across the sales team \
