What You'll Do As a Recruitment Entrepreneur, you will have the freedom to chart your own path while leveraging our network, brand, and expertise. Core responsibilities include: Develop and nurture your own network of clients and candidates, driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationship‐building. Partner with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across mid‐to‐senior‐level roles. Source, assess, and present top‐tier candidates with professionalism, empathy, and insight. Share market intelligence and collaborate with your peers and the wider WeLinkTalent team to exchange best practices. Represent WeLinkTalent's core values: integrity, transparency, human connection, and excellence in all your engagements. What We're Looking For We welcome professionals from diverse backgrounds who meet the following criteria: Experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition, ideally with proven business development expertise. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative, client‐focused approach. A self‐motivated, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset. An existing network in industries such as finance, technology, consulting, luxury, or similar sectors is a plus. If not, you should have a strong drive to develop one. Eligibility: This role is open exclusively to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, in compliance with local regulations.
