Job Opportunity: Office Manager Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office administration and operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and meeting logistics.
- Liaise with landlords, building management, and service providers regarding facilities and vendor management.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization.
- Support human resources functions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, record maintenance, and staff engagement activities.
- Serve as the central point of contact for administrative matters.
- Assist in coordinating organizational updates.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative positions.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
