Job Opportunity: Office Manager Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office administration and operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and meeting logistics.
  • Liaise with landlords, building management, and service providers regarding facilities and vendor management.
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization.
  • Support human resources functions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, record maintenance, and staff engagement activities.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for administrative matters.
  • Assist in coordinating organizational updates.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative positions.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
  • Familiarity with HR procedures and basic finance concepts.
